Maestro Reefers is one of the strongest independent companies operating in today’s reefer market. Our personnel is amongst the most experienced and widely recognized in this very specialized industry. Our commercial office in Copenhagen is looking after the chartering and operation of a fleet of six large, economic and flexible reefers.
We are trading worldwide, especially carrying everything that needs sophisticated carriage control, from fresh fruit to frozen fish, but also clean dry cargoes such as cars.

Based in Limassol, Cyprus our qualified and experienced ex sea going staff are on hand at all times to monitor efficiently and through their expertise vessels’ performance, assess and control vessel maintenance needs with total transparency in all departments for Owners – in short, the third-party ShipManagement services of the highest standard provided by us aim to generate costs savings for the Owners who will have their vessels managed with passion and great attention throughout. Our existing robust procedures using computer based planned maintenance, computer based training and electronic purchasing allow our staff fast and easy operations in line with the latest technology.
Environment and Safety
Environmental and safety issues have always been paramount to Maestro’s way of conducting business including third-party shipmanagement. The company is continuously striving to heighten safety for our staff at sea including on board and shore training from our ex. sea going Masters. Protecting and conserving the environment from marine, atmospheric and other forms of pollution is always first and foremost in focus on the ships and ashore.
SOLAS & ISM
Maestro Shipmanagement as technical managers of Bulk, Reefer and RO/RO ships is certified in accordance with Safety at Sea (SOLAS) and International Safety Management (ISM) as adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
In addition to the above all our reefer vessels have 360 degrees quality certificate.
Maestro Shipmanagement manages a quality fleet of Bulk, Reefer and RO/RO vessels, employing proven and professional crew of various nationalities on board. We pride ourselves in providing excellent living conditions, a market-competitive employment package and a structured career path for selected candidates.
Most of our crews have been returning to the fleet time and time again, thereby enjoying a steady work/leave rotation and a strong rapport with the management team ashore, built up over their extended period of time with us.
